[Help] Can't Decompress Archives

I run:

arc.exe a -ep1 -dses --dirs -s; -lc4096 -di -i2 -r -w.\ -mpzlib+msc:raw=1:DXT=1:DXT=2:DXT=3:DXT=4:DXT=5:tak=9:bmf=9:ddsraw=1:bmp=1+srep:m3f+lolz:a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb273:mc4096:lc8:dtb1:mtt1:mt4 dat_01.bin (file)

and It compresses without any issue but when I decompress with my setup it says corrupt archive. Why is this?
