srep_new = Classic srep. Small difference then original Bulat compiled releases, the new "SR" icon. The 4.90g WIP the newest "silently" released version in few months ago from publicly.
GTA4: Try this (from one BIG archive): bpk+xtool:mzlib (or preflate or old xZLib)+msc(tak)+srep+lolz or separetadly compress files in filetypes... (ex: *.bik: bpk+srep+lolz)
