It won't.
if it's an original US game, you need either Messiah Clone or OrigaChip for PAL. Look those up on the web. If it's a backup DVDR you can get backups to play if you change to NEO2.2 or either of the two chips above mentioned. FF X is too new to know how it plays as a backup.
