DF3 has dummy files and Safedisc2.
And a lot of recorder can copy Safedisc2 the problem is only that all a few normal cd-drives can't read this copies so they will run only in cd recorder. And you need no Subdata support to copy dummy files or Safedisc2. Ignore erros should be enough.
