FMXInno + FMXInnoSk - Updates

What's new:

Code:

* Updated MFT.exe and Added some features.
  (Thanks Cesar82 for the ideas, suggestions and test runs) 

* Integrated BlendOnMoving function into library.

* Updated XHashNext. (internal)

* Added DirectX version.
   - function GetDirectXVersion(const SupportedByOS: Boolean): WideString;

* Added delayload flag.

* Bug fixing and Improvements.
