Basic installer with Freearc support

Features:
VCL styles
Frearc compression +arc.ini
the ability to define your own data file(at the top of the script)
the ability to add our own compression method via arc.ini*

Known Issues
during extraction the window cant be focused on
misaligned buttons

Requires innosetup 6.2.1
