found out what was going on.

FText must be of type WideString.

FText: String;  ==>  FText: WideString;

Toggle CheckBox updated. now the user has more options.

 - Rounded corners (optional)  (FRounded: Boolean).
 - Custom colors.
 - Custom positions for text.
 etc.

replace the old lib and handle.iss files with these.
