Archive Header Is Corrupt

i use this settings with Mini Compressor AIO
lolz:dmo0:dto0:mc32:mtb16m:mt4:mtt1:tt1:fba4096

and using Windows Phone Script
but the installer giving me archive header is corrupt unarc.dll returned an error code 14
