Beyond A Steel Sky [v1.5.29158]

15.2GB ---> 10.1GB

Game version v1.5.29158 requires libzstd v1.4.8 for precompression. Use -mzstd in XTool packcmd. Thanks to Razor12911 for help in finding correct version of libzstd.

WOS archives contain Opus audio so cannot be compressed with Oggre.
