Alone In the dark 3 to ISO file

I need help with a question here, I have the CD-ROM Alone in the dark 3 trying to make a backup to ISO, but I failed miserably because all the programs I used to create the ISO from the error, the error is very generic, ranging from random numbers saying the CD is corrupted or something.

I suspect there must be some security lock or encryption, I really need to create the ISO, does anyone know how to help me?
