Help needed How to use 4x4 command on lolz

Hi peps

I was used this setting to pack a files.srep+4x4:t1:b128mb:lolz

Compression runs well
But decompression return with error.
I was tried this setting with lolz and nz. Also it was gave same error.

Please anyone help me to resolve this
