Ok i can't understand how f*** is possible but...

On my computer where i have Windows Server 2016:

using oo2reck+oo2recs on the file game0.arc from Just Cause 4:

846MB -> 910MB

using the same tools but on my old pc with windows 10, intel core 2 duo quad, 8GB ram, HDD:

846MB -> 2.33GB
