Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us\UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe

also for the icon to work, you have to specify the path as well, as the EXE is in subfolder.

Icon=Blink\Binaries\Win64\Icon.ico

Then it will use the Icon.ico for the desktop icon.

Only if game's exe is in root, can you just specify icon.ico
