re-uploaded the attachments, it turned out folder names can't have question marks in them which caused an error in compression, if you don't wish to re-download the conversion files just open the following file:

Discs#=# Also turned out I accidentally included files that shouldn't have been there in the Common\Files\Misc folder when I uploaded it previously, these are now removed.
