1. Download and extract the archive to somewhere (over the rainbow~)
2. Run UltraARC.exe
3. Choose Input/Output folder, then press Start.
4. Wait for finish
5. Have fun

As always test before burn on DVD!
Extract archive with WinRAR5+ or latest 7-zip!
