For HD Texture Pack 
Use External Setup.ini with this
[InstallOptions]

Set the External Setup.ini next to the Setup.exe

Conversion is for Steam and GOG so choose Diskspan_gui to change 
wich Version should Compressed [ Default is Steam ]
