Ps2 cd scratched
bought metal gear solid 2
brother scratched it i've tried cleaning cd with water, windex, etc i don't have a game doctor. what can i do to fix this? the scratch is on the outter portion of the cd and is circular in shape. not a straight, long scratch. this scratch renders a part of the game unplayable and i am stuck if i cannot fix it. please help. thx
