[new to the game]

I am new to the world of burning ps2 games and need to know the steps on how to get started.i have a philips 800 series burner and a liteon dvd rom. win 98se, easy cd creator 5, clonecd so how do i make these things work or what else i need to be able to copy. I have never made a cd this way.
