I keep making coasters...help!!

I have CloneCD, Clony, and I set up the read and burn parameters according to what everyone says should work. When I try to play the CDs I burn, I get a message on the TV saying "Please insert a Playstation format CD". I am frustrated beyond belief.

Incidentally, my CDR drive is a Yamaha CRW 2200E.

Any clues or help would be much appreciated.
