For All The Newbies!!! Could someone post a step by step--For using CloneCD?

I saw a step by step on how to use CloneCD somewhere in the posts but can't find it again.It had all the read settings as well as the write settings(speeds &boxes checked etc.).This would help all the newbies (including myself),as well as cut down on alot of useless posts!!
