Backup Instructions using EasyCD Creator 4.0??

My question is, "How, on God's GREEN earth, is it possible to make a game backup for PSX using the program Adaptec EasyCD Creator 4.0.?" The writer I want to use is an Iomega ZipCD 650. It seems that in all the other questions/comments, the programs to use are either CDClone or CDRWin. Should I abandon my current program and begin using one of the others?I also noticed that many people suggest Verbatim DataLife ++ as the superior standard, good, cause that is all that I use.
