Farsh!!!

Is this thing support farsh!!!!!😂😂😂
Because my installation transfer rate is more than 10.52GB\S
Why????
I added 2 bin files In first file the transfer rate is more than 10.52GB\s then when it extract the second file the transfer rate is 0.00mb\s and installation didn't complete......failed!!!!
Each and every time this happens.... I am using arc files
I am on 4GB ram Intel duo core and windows 10 x64bit
