Here's the solution

          if not ISArcExtract ( 0, 0, ExpandConstant('{src}\data.arc'), ExpandConstant('{app}'), '', false, '', '', ExpandConstant('{app}'), notPCFonFLY {PCFonFLY}) then break;

See the data.arc that should be your file..
Remove the rest with "//"
