Might and Magic Heroes 7 LAN Problem...

hi,

I got a problem with LAN Mode of HOMM 7 Plaza, when I join game, and click "ready", my friend does not see that I am ready.. nothing happens, we cannot sttart the game...
what is the problem for that? is it because we have both Player name? and how can I change name? or is it just bugged, or is it a release problem...?


when I want to play with my friend over LAN, do we have to buy 2 copies of the same game for it?
