OR 1 of 2 ways
FIRST WAY
Learn how-to setup your OS properly. I've NEVER had a OS drive that needed to be bigger then 20GB-30GB Max !! The second partition is where EVERYTHING that gets installed goes. ( except for windows updates of course, & what you cant change to 2nd partition, some files of course automatically get put on OS drive as needed.)

SECOND WAY
Control Panel> System Settings > Advanced System Settings > Environment Variables. At the top there are 2 to change TMP & TEMP ( change them both, but the folders have to exist BEFORE you can change them ) and 2 at the bottom, change these all to the same folder. Then reboot your PC.

Either way now you won't run into issues when UA extracts into temp folder.
But if don't feel comfortable doing either then wait for Razor to change it.
