I cannot help you, without any AV your PC is probably full of viruses/malwares that can prevent the setup from working as intended... My recommandation : DO NOT save any files (probably infected), full format your PC, make clean reinstall and INSTALL AV. I'm sure at 99.99% it will solve your issues.
