Is this possible (bootup Screens)

Hiya's ive been wondering this for a hella long time now....

one thing with playstations i hate is waiting for the damn bootup screens to finally finish so i can get playing the game...this is really bad if you swap games alot or have a few unlabled games i was wondering if anyone new if there was a BIOS flash or anything you could do to youre burnt backups to get rid of the bootup screen ??

mmm be luvley to just get right to playing soon as i switch the power on
