Make sure that packjpg_dll.dll and zlib1.dll are the same(compression and decompression)
Also unarc.dll with arc.exe, to do this one if you don't know how to make them compatible, just download a conversion that used the same script and take arc.exe that was used, or download freearc and search in the installation directory for arc.exe and unarc.dll and start replacing.
