This conversion decompresses almost all upk files, deletes them and replace with decompressed. In your case the problem is that probably Playable_BmCash_SF.upk can't be decompressed properly, but original is deleted.
EDIT: Probably reason of this is that DLC installs some patches too. Original compressed Playable_BmCash_SF.upk is overwritten with newer decompressed one (you may check this before and after installing DLC, bcoz I'm not sure). Then decompresor can't decompress it anymore and returns an error. I uploaded proper data3_preprocess.bat to the first post.
