rally masters copy with nero

i've tried to copy rally masters 3 times and end up 3 coasters, the game loads and runs but when you select a track and then go race the game stays on the loading screen......
i have noticed that the game has 3 minutes of audio tracks which is on track 2 of the cd, also when copying nero tells me that the cd is 709meg in size, if i delete the audio will the game work as i have read that if you put audio tracks at the end of cd is becomes harder to copy......
any help would be good.............................
