Plz, some help about GameShark (or Action Replay, or Xploder CD9000...) and patches!

How can I use a GameShark CD (I have a new Psx) with NTSC-2-PAL games?

I use NTSC codes, but if i play in PAL, sometimes don´t work.

Note: When I say GameShark, I say too Action Replay, CD-Ar, Xploder CD9000... I have all them
