Compression Based on Peterf1999's method as mention in the first post-- "HMA_v1.0"

arc a -ep1 -r -w.\ -msrep+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb128:mc1000:lc8 [email protected] -dp"%choice1%" .\HMA_1\%arc%

Changes- Only adding the freearc setting in the setup.ini

The Compression Level Is Not Supported In The Yener's CIU script
