please help!!!psx game ff9(nz-pal) copy problem!!

iv tried get the cd1 image file with many programs(cdrwin,nero,clonecd,blindread..all latest version),always stop at 98%,could anyone tell me what shold i do with it,really need this copy!!
help!!!
