PC to PS2 USB Booter Possible?

Hi all,

I was thinking and would it be possible to code a PC to PS2 booter? (no mod chip needed)

The PC would have software that would interface with the PS2 by a direct USB to USB connection.

Not sure if that would work, but it sounds interesting!
