Btw: 3xDVD5 is possible. Just change compression to lzma2/ultra.

DVD1 - 4,36GB
DVD2 - 4,32GB
DVD3 - 4,31GB
Install time ~25min

PS: Only when you delete the other languages in Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole folder ^^
