During Compresson Precomp.exe not working

An errror during compresson

I'm using ths CODE
arc a -ep1 -ed -r -w.\ Data\Data1.bin -mprecomp:v+srep+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb128:mc1000:l c8 "C:\Blahhh\blahhh"
