Pre-compress 'Data1.bin' file:

e.g. precomp038 -slow -c6 -m8 -oData1 Data1.bin

Compress 'Data1.pcf' file :

Code:

e.g. srep -m2 Data1.pcf Data1.srep

can anyone explain me ?thanks a lot
