Reversed Conversion?

Hello everybody.

I wouldlike to know if anyone here can help me with this problem.
I have some iso of the games that don't install properly.
E.g. Dead space 2, Transformers - War for cybertron, Resident evil 5, and some others. the problem is, when I installed the games by mounting them with image mounting tools, I get "please insert disc2' while they are 1 iso disc!

Now i've noticed that people in this forum help people converting games from dvd9 to dvd5 so I concluded that my isos was made by recombining 2dvd5 isos (I didn't know previously) so that i have to extract them before installing.
I want to fix the isos, but i want them in 1 big iso file (that wouldn't matter).

Please, if anyone could help me.
