How long does it take before I can download a zip file?

I signed up so I could download the Prototype God Mode because I absolutely just love this game just killing everyone around me, its awesome. I'd signed up and I still can't download the file.

So how long does it take before I can actually download the file so I can get back to killing everyone in Prototype in God Mode.
