AR2 1.3 vs 1.1

I own a 1.1 AR2 - I patch all my games using Addzer0 etc... However I cant get Oni to load - Intro works fine but game doesnt load. Does anyone suggest upgrading to 1.3 - if so where can I get one for under £29.99 ?
