And what's your problem now!? It's really hard to understand what you wanna tell us

The Steam Version which is out, is probably leaked, but final, which has steam sub + securom + winlive.

The Retail will be out at 18.09. - has securom + winlive. So yes, there will be a retail, not only a distribution on steam.
