can someone help me with Delta Black Hawk Down

Ive just updated the game and then the the coop me patch and all has installed successful but dont the advanced settings to go multiplayer lan, it says searching but thats as far as it goes, should i be installing a crack after or before, where am i going wrong. any ideas
