i did it like this:

the only files on second disk (i mean large files, excluding autorun.ini & prototype.ico) are:

00woi.rcf
01woi.rcf
cells.rcf
movies.rcf

i renamed second dvd PROTOTYPE- (first dvd is labeled PROTOTYPE)
so the .msi looks like this:

Install Sequence
DVD1-DVD2-DVD1
