I'm not supprised you are tearing your hear out..The reason is because this patch is old and was a very special version, befor ppf-o-matic came out.
As far as I can remember you need to open a dos window then find the directory and it went like C:\...\vr2crack.exe MyBinfile.bin vrally2.sin where MyBinfile is the .bin you created from cdrwin.
