i have a problem with the psx game patches

im trying to patch metal gear solid for psx and i already have the image and patch, but i don´t know how it works. the patch name is MuPS-FIX.exe and it asks me "Destination cdrwin iso full path", in a dos window, i write it and nothing happens.

Note: the files are .img, .sub and .ccd.

What can i do to patch this game? can anybody help me please?
