As far as I know this game is only available @ STEAM, making this socalled NO-DVD/Fixed EXE useless here...

I can be mistaken but I've not seen any retail version or covers for that matter

Edit: The EXE is from CPY (@ 0x0000040), who cracked the STEAM version...
