Napalm Patcher

Just wondering if anyone has used or is using a working copy of this Napalm Patcher....I downloaded a copy of the patcher tool; but when I run the patcher.exe file I get a windows warning that looks like this:

Failed to load control 'CommonDialog' from COMDLG32.OCX. Your version of COMDLG32.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.
