Pro Evo Soccer 2009, 1.3 "Battery" downloading problems...

i have been noticed it's no posssibile to download the Battery Fixed Exe from the site.
From the mirror list it's possible only to download a corrupted file about 816Kb/s and not a Rar archive about 8.5MB indicates from the mirrors.

It's a problems of the site or not ??
