HELP PLS: MSDos patch???

howdy, is there any1 who can help me with the ms-dos patch (MediEvil2 Euro)?? This patch must be used with the Fix.exe, however i cant get it to work. I have (CDRWin) .bin and .cue file. When i try to use the (pdx) patch on the .bin file is says either: cant open iso file or sorry patch is not for iso file. I tried to rename the .bin file into .iso whoever same result. Also PPF O Matic doesnt work on this patch.
