Register Mirrors Edge Pure Time Trials Map Pack without the game?

Please can ynone explain me the situation with the DLC Pack?

Can I Register the Pack or the Game without the original Game?
I want play the New maps of DLC Pack!

I haven't found any Information about that.
Are no one intrested at the DLC pack?
